Cancellation Policy
Issues with host or listing
If a guest has any issues with RVC Offices or the conditions of the conference room or building, the guest must contact RVC Offices within the hour of arriving to the conference room or building on the day you booked your reservation for and previously specified check-in time. If an issue falls under our Guest Refund/Cancellation Policy the guest may be eligible for partial or full refund.
Making cancellations official
A reservation is only officially canceled once the guest has contacted RVC Office’s via their contact page and received confirmation via their email.
Up to 3 partially refundable bookings
Tenants are eligible for up to 3 partially refundable cancellations per 12 month period per tenant suite if they chose to cancel their reservation. After that, we won’t refund the RVC Office’s booking order for any other reservations canceled during that period.
General Provisions
Modification or Termination. RVC Offices reserves the right to modify or terminate this Guest Refund/Cancellation Policy, at any time, in its sole discretion. If RVC Offices modifies this Guest Refund Policy/Cancellation Policy, we will post the modification on the RVC Offices blog or provide you with notice of the modification and RVC Offices will continue to process all claims for Travel Issues made prior to the effective date of the modification.
Entire Agreement. This Guest Refund/Cancellation Policy constitutes the entire and exclusive understanding and agreement between RVC Offices and you regarding the Guest Refund/Cancellation Policy and supersedes and replaces any and all prior oral or written understandings or agreements between RVC Offices and you regarding the Guest Refund/Cancellation Policy.
Relation to other policies
RVC Office’s cancellation policy is subject to, and may be overridden the Extenuating Circumstances Policy, or cancellations by RVC Offices for any other reason permitted under the Terms of Service.
