How to reserve our conference room

Quick and easy booking requests

Step one
On the calendar click on the day you wish to reserve and whether you wish to reserve the conference room for a half day or a full day.

Step two
Under size and length of time select an option. Prices for your selection will be listed.

Step three
Fill out your contact information and reservation details.

Step four
You will enter in your payment information to the secure Stripe payment form. An email will be sent to you confirming your reservation details. Please check your SPAM if you do not see your confirmation in your inbox.
IMPORTANT

If you decide to cancel your reservation, you will be refunded the booking amount minus a cancellation fee. This cancellation fee is 50% of the cost of your reservation. If you are using a coupon code, you are still responsible for paying a cancellation fee of 50% of the cost listed on the website before your coupon code is applied and you will be invoiced. This covers our payment processing costs and a convenience fee for blocking the calendar date and preventing other tenants from booking that day. You will not be refunded if you cancel within 24 hours of the day reserved on the calendar due to payment processing costs, a convenience fee and a cleaning fee applied to what you have already paid (this means you owe no additional money but will not receive a refund).
