You may have noticed the construction going on in our South Parking lot…mysterious piles of dirt and the disappearance of several concrete sections. But why? RVC Offices has decided to bring its tenants a new building amenity!
RVC Office’s introduces ‘The Super Deck’!
Wouldn’t it be a luxury to be able to go outside on a river front deck with a garden to catch a few rays and enjoy some outdoor time? Construction is underway!
Water Front. The deck is raised 5ft so that it can overlook the Grand River and be level with the cement retaining wall that runs the length of the river walk. We will be one of very few Grand Rapid’s establishments with a deck right on the water! The cable railing we have designed will provide optimal visibility to the water. Skirting around the bottom of the deck will create a hidden storage space under the deck for a grill etc with easy access doors. The deck will be handicap accessible with a paved path leading to a lower platform.
Adding Green. We are removing the cement wall along the south wall and installing a flower box that runs the length of the building. The deck will have built in flower boxes that wrap around the main part of the deck and there will be a small lawn area in front of the deck.
Party Deck. Tenants will be able to rent/reserve the deck for after hours events. We will have a grill stored under the deck that tenants will have access to.
